Responsibilities
-Building and managing the sales pipeline through our databases and technology
-Scheduling of appointments, emailing and outward prospecting/follow up phone communication
-Showing buyer clients potential homes
-Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
-Finding homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria
-Working with seller clients to get their home sold
Qualifications
-Professional in attitude and appearance
-Possess the ability to work with a variety of personalities
-Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
-Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
-Well informed and proficient in the use of technology
-Ability to manage extensive work-loads and efficiently solve problems at hand
-Must be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
-Real Estate License
Compensation
